July update

So it's been a little while since I've posted anything at all. Aaron and I have been able to work through some misunderstandings and we are almost on track again. I wish I could say the same for the state of tourism in Hawaii. It seems that it has dramatically fallen to a very low condition. Our book sales last week were 5. Total! I haven't been able to sell too many personally. All my family and friends were very excited when W&K came out, and it seems the novelty of knowing an illustrator has worn off. Maybe it's just that G&S being a collaborative book just doesn't have the same allure as the first book. Who knows...
I recently applied with Greenleaf Book Group, a distributor that is interested in helping to market and distribute smaller independent publishers/books. Keep all your fingers crossed! This relationship would really help us get W&K out there to a larger group, and then eventually G&S and future titles. Anyway, back to the 'drawing board', have a great day!
